Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security. They will be dispatched as soon as payments have been processed. Allow normal postage times for delivery.

Vitamins 4 You will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in obtaining any items on your order. Please contact us if you would like an alternative product or other arrangement. International Shipments to China & Taiwan
Free China & Taiwan shipping for orders over $150 AUD
We deliver orders to addresses in Mainland China & Taiwan using AUOD Express. Freight is charged for all overseas deliveries. Freight and package fees may be updated to take into account changes to customs rules for the destination countries.
Please note: all shipments to China need to follow the requirements defined by China (PRC) customs.
For orders shipped to China, all shipping information, including the recipient's Chinese name and address in China needs to be entered in Simplified Chinese. According to the requirement of Chinese customs, we must upload the recipient's ID photo before the order can be dispatched.
When is my order dispatched to China?
We process all Chinese shipping orders on Thursdays. Our logistic partner, AUOD Express, every Friday.
Tracking information will only be available on AUOD's website AFTER your order has been picked up by AUOD from our warehouse.
Please note: Vitamins 4 You is not responsible for any loss or delay of arrival once the shipment has left the Vitamins 4 You warehouse.
Other Important International Shipping Info
Import Taxes You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the international shipment. These charges are separate from your shipping charge and you will be billed directly for them in your home country. Declaration Of Value And Product Description
Due to International laws, Vitamins 4 You states the full value of your order on the shipping label, minus the shipping charge. We will send an itemised invoice along with your order. These invoices will indicate the name of each product you ordered, the quantity of each item, and the cost.
